- Eat healthy
- Determine if you are hungry or not, and eat accordingly. Know the difference between feeling hungry and emotional eating.
- Distract yourself while you feel the need to indulge in comfort food, watch TV, read a book or do anything that you like.
- Work out to stay fit
- Eat in the kitchen, and not in a place you are comfortable in (on your bed, couch, etc.) This way, not only would you treat it as just another meal and stop, you could also be lazy to sit in the kitchen and sulk for long.
